To make sure your Szkło lasts longer we recommend washing it by hand and avoid using it with hot water or putting it in the microwave or oven.

To ensure accurate shipping estimates, delivery cost calculations are dependent on the order method:

i. Direct online purchases; This pertains to add-to-cart goods. Delivery options and costs are determined at checkout according to package size and delivery address. If you encounter shipping limitations at checkout, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

ii. Inquiry purchases; This category is relevant to inquiries/orders for larger, delicate, and made-to-order items. Due to the unique nature of these purchases, we provide personalized shipping quotes. Delivery costs depend on specifications, origin, destination, preferred method (road, sea, air freight), and service level (standard, express, white glove, or customer’s own carrier)..

i. Returns and Exchanges; If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it for returns or exchanges. Made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or damaged. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will be processed after inspection. Delivery and return fees are non-refundable, except for manufacturer defects or transit damage.

ii. Cancellations; Depending on the item, order changes or cancellations may be possible; please reach out for details.

iii. Defective or Damaged Items; Our shipments are insured. Claims for freight damage must be noted on-site, documented, and filed within 72 hours of arrival.

Pricing and Information Disclaimer

i. Accuracy Content; We aim for accuracy but errors in descriptions and images may occur, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.

ii. One-of-a-kind products; Many of our products are handcrafted, given their handmade nature variations are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike. Images on our websites and items shown in our gallery may vary from your actual piece.

iii. Availability; All items are subject to availability. We will inform you promptly if the goods you have ordered are not available.

i. Price; Depending on the selected country of destination, prices displayed are either inclusive or exclusive of the statutory value-added tax (VAT). All prices exclude shipping costs.

ii. VAT; Statutory VAT applies within the EU and is exempt for EU (non-Belgian) organizations with a valid EU VAT Number and shipments outside of the EU. The standard VAT rate is 21%, which applies to all goods not qualifying for reduced 6% VAT rates.

iii. Import Duties and Taxes; Within the EU all import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. Please note however, that shipments outside of the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes and custom clearance fees. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.
