1. Privacy Policy
Who we are Via Minnen is operated by Deniz Tokat, a sole proprietorship (şahıs şirketi) registered in Turkey. We are the data controller for personal data collected through viaminnen.com.
What we collect When you browse or order from us, we may collect: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card details), order history, and basic browsing data (via cookies, see Section 5).
Why we collect it
- To process and fulfil your orders, including shipping from our partner locations
- To communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, customer service)
- To comply with tax, accounting, and consumer protection obligations
- To improve our website and, where you've opted in, to send marketing communications
Legal basis We process your data based on: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), legal obligation (invoicing, tax records), and consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies). If you are located in the EU/EEA, this processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are located in Turkey, this processing is carried out in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).

How long we keep it We retain order and invoicing data for as long as required by Turkish tax law (generally 5–10 years), and other personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

Acceptance of terms By accessing or using viaminnen.com, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
About our products Via Minnen brings together fashion, art, and design pieces, including limited or one-of-a-kind items sourced from independent creatives and partner locations. Product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing are provided in good faith but may occasionally contain errors; we reserve the right to correct these and to cancel affected orders, with a full refund where applicable.
Pricing & payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout.
Shipping Products may ship from multiple partner locations. As a result, items in the same order may arrive separately and at different times. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by item and destination.
Intellectual property All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Via Minnen or its partners/creatives and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability Via Minnen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the products purchased, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence (e.g. under EU consumer law, where applicable).
Changes to these terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Distance Sales Agreement
Parties

- Buyer: As provided at the time of order.
This agreement is deemed concluded once the Buyer confirms their order electronically through the Seller's website.
Subject This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through viaminnen.com, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Product information Product type, quantity, price (VAT included), payment method, and delivery details are as specified in the order confirmation/invoice. Some products ship from different partner locations; items in the same order may therefore arrive in multiple separate shipments.
Delivery Products are delivered to the Buyer or their nominated recipient within the timeframe stated on the website, not exceeding the legal maximum of 30 days. The Seller is responsible for delivering products intact, complete, and as described.
Right of withdrawal The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at dt@viaminnen.com. The product must be returned unused, in resalable condition, with original packaging and labels. Refunds are issued within 10 days of the returned product reaching us. Return shipping is borne by the Buyer, except where the product is defective.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal Products made or personalized to the Buyer's specific request, items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, and products whose protective packaging has been opened, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Certain limited-production or custom one-off pieces may also be excluded; this is indicated on the relevant product page.
Competent court For disputes arising from this agreement, the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent, in accordance with thresholds set annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging and labels intact.
How to return an item:
- Email dt@viaminnen.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll confirm the return and provide instructions for sending the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 10 days.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- Custom-made, personalized, or certain limited-production one-off pieces may not be eligible for return — this will always be noted on the product page.
- Since items may ship from different partner locations, please contact us before sending anything back so we can direct you to the correct return address.
