All orders ship from İstanbul, Turkey.

Processing

In-stock pieces leave within 7 working days. Made-to-order and commissioned work ships on the lead time confirmed in your quotation.

Cost

To ensure accurate shipping estimates, delivery cost calculations are dependent on the order method. For direct online purchases — add-to-cart goods — delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout based on package size and address. For larger items such as furniture and lighting, personalised shipping quotes are provided, with costs depending on specifications, origin, destination and preferred freight method. Delivery times

We deliver within 30 days of the contract at the latest, unless a longer lead time has been agreed in writing. Transit times depend on destination and on customs clearance, which we do not control.

Customs, duties and import VAT

Orders travel from Turkey. The recipient is the importer and is responsible for any import duty, import VAT, clearance fee or local tax charged on arrival. These are not included in the price shown and are collected by the carrier or the customs authority, not by us.

For customers in the European Union: qualifying industrial goods moving from Turkey under an A.TR movement certificate are generally free of customs duty under the EU–Turkey customs union, but import VAT still applies at the rate of your country. We issue the A.TR certificate on request — ask before the piece ships.

On arrival

Inspect the piece before you sign, and photograph anything that looks wrong, packaging included. Transit damage must be reported within 72 hours to vm@viaminnen.com.

Addresses

We ship to the address given at checkout. Tell us within 24 hours if it is wrong; once a piece has left we cannot always redirect it, and a second delivery attempt may be charged.
